Terms and Conditions for Floral Brews

By using our website, www.floralbrews.com, and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a contract between you and Amutha Enterprises, and by completing a purchase, you confirm your acceptance of them.

OUR IDENTITY

Floral Brews is owned and operated by Amutha Enterprises, a company based in Chennai, India.

PLACING AN ORDER

You can order from us either by visiting our website or by contacting us directly via phone. Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
This email serves as the acceptance of your order.
Upon confirming payment, we will send a second email informing you that your payment has been successfully processed and that your order is on its way. For bulk orders, we typically source products based on your specific request to ensure freshness.
This means it could take us up to 3-5 business days to dispatch your wholesale orders.
Therefore, we encourage you to notify us in advance when placing large orders.
We hold the right to cancel any order before dispatch and issue a refund, should the product be unavailable or for other reasons beyond our control.

PRODUCT PRICING

While we aim to keep our pricing transparent, prices on our website are subject to change. However, any adjustments will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Our listed prices do not include taxes (VAT) or shipping charges, which will be calculated and added at the time of checkout.
In case of an error in product pricing, we will reach out to you for clarification before proceeding with your order.
You will be offered the option to either cancel your order or make up for the price discrepancy.
Payments must be made via credit or debit card before your order is processed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For wholesale purchases within India, payment can also be made via cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery. Please be aware that interest charges may apply for overdue payments.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 12 p.m. IST on the same day, but in certain cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours. We aim for delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders, depending on the shipping method selected. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.

CTC Tea is not available for international shipping due to high shipping costs. If you wish to have CTC Tea delivered internationally, please contact us at floralbrews@gmail.com for a customized shipping quote.

TEA STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

We take great care in packaging our teas to ensure a shelf life of 24 months. Our vacuum-sealed packaging helps to preserve freshness. To maintain the quality of your tea, store it in an airtight container away from food smells, moisture, and direct heat. Keep your tea in a cool, dry location. We do not recommend freezing tea as it can shorten its shelf life.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, whether due to changes in our business practices or changes in relevant laws and regulations. Any changes to these terms will apply to new orders placed after the updated terms have been posted on our website. In the event of any legal or regulatory requirements, or if we notify you of changes prior to processing your order, the new terms will take precedence.
